Breathing-Meditation

I found it terrible: sitting still on a pillow, feeling bored and at some point feeling real discomfort. However, once I stopped my woolgathering, my consciousness glided deeper into my inner self. When I coalesced with the realization of breathing, a wonderful world opened up for me.

I guess one could compare this to the first diving experience. Subtle sensations, areas filled with light, an expanse full of happiness and calmness; and then at some point total quietness.

This is the kind of experience that I would like to share with you.

At regular intervals, Simon Werle and I invite interested parties to meditation and the exploration of our inner states of consciousness. You are cordially welcome.
